I mean who doesn’t want to start the morning with a pain au chocolat, enjoy a wholesome, balanced vegetable soup, dunk fresh bread as you go, and then finish the day with a satisfying Souper—our signature, hearty soup-based meals that are as nourishing as they are delicious?

TURNING UP
THE HEAT.
We cook with whole foods, fresh meat, and wonky veg—straight from our kitchen to your table. Once your order arrives, you can refrigerate and enjoy it within 48 hours, or pop it straight in the freezer. When you're ready, just reheat on the hob in 4 minutes and indulge in the goodness.

Verity, a passionate home chef and food fanatic, faced digestive issues that led her to get creative with liquidized meals.
Determined to stay nourished without sacrificing flavour, she began crafting delicious soups in her Stokey kitchen. When fridge space ran out, and the soup started overflowing, she began sharing the extras with friends and neighbours. Soon, they were hooked. What began as a personal challenge quickly grew into the foundation of her Souper idea.
Verity left her corporate job, which didn’t offer the flexibility she needed to manage her ongoing health issues, found a local kitchen, and began working on her mission to fill the bellies of everyone and anyone she can, whilst building a company that doesn't only nourish your belly- but also your soul.
Souper is so much more than just soup.
